Evidence and measurement

Client-reported results with sources, periods and limitations.

No logo wall, self-awarded stars or metrics detached from their context. This page separates public client reports, founder experience and Westom’s measurement method.

Verified B2B review source

Two public project outcomes

The numbers below are reported by clients in verified Clutch reviews. The current review and profile—not this static page—remain the primary source.

Important distinction

Founder experience is not a Westom client case.

Tomasz Węsierski worked in e-commerce before establishing the current Westom offer, including roles connected with international markets. That background is relevant operator experience, but it is not presented as revenue generated by Westom or as ownership of former employers’ results.

What was removed

Claims we do not use without adequate proof.

  • “€250M+ generated revenue” attributed to Westom
  • Unverified “ex-Google and Zalando team” language
  • Self-serving review stars in structured data
  • Traffic, sales or launch metrics without a source and period
  • Partner or warehouse capacity represented as Westom’s own
Measurement method

How we document a result

Baseline

Source, period, segment and business metric are agreed before conclusions are drawn.

Comparison

Seasonality, annual comparisons, channel mix and tracking changes are recorded.

Commercial link

Rankings and traffic are diagnostic; leads, registrations, orders or margin provide the business context.

Limitations

Concurrent product, price, media and market changes are disclosed where known.

Questions about evidence

What the case studies do—and do not—prove

Does Westom guarantee the same result?

No. The public reviews show that a named client reported a result in a specific context. Potential, baseline and execution conditions differ by project.

Why are there only two detailed public cases?

We publish named results only when there is an appropriate public or approved source. Confidential work is not converted into anonymous dramatic metrics.

Are Clutch reviews the same as audited analytics?

No. They are verified client reviews and should be read as client-reported outcomes. An analytics audit would require direct access to the underlying measurement systems.

Define the measurement before signing the launch scope.

We will identify the baseline, source data, commercial KPI and attribution limits before work begins.
