Select a fulfilment partner in Poland against your real operating requirements.
Requirements, shortlist, comparable quotations, integration questions and go-live coordination for international e-commerce brands. Westom is not a warehouse and does not disguise partner capacity as its own.
How should a brand choose a 3PL in Poland?
Start from order profile, destinations, service levels, returns, integrations and exception handling—not a headline pick-and-pack rate.
Westom translates the launch plan into a comparable brief, challenges gaps in proposals and coordinates the commercial and technical questions before the client contracts directly with the selected provider.
Good fit
- You can share volume, SKU, parcel and destination assumptions.
- Poland or CEE fulfilment is part of a validated route-to-market.
- You need comparable partner proposals and local coordination.
- Your team will contract with the selected provider.
Not the right fit
- You expect Westom to act as the warehouse or freight forwarder.
- No realistic volume or product data is available.
- The goods require specialist licensing not yet identified.
- Selection must be based only on the lowest headline fee.

Challenge the fit
Commercial, technical and exception-handling gaps are resolved before selection.
Coordinate go-live
Provider and client owners test the flow and manage launch issues.
Clear ownership, no invented guarantees
The client contracts directly with the fulfilment provider. Provider performance, transport and regulated advice remain the provider’s or relevant specialist’s responsibility.
Where legal, tax or customs advice is required, Westom coordinates the work with a qualified specialist and identifies that responsibility in the scope. We do not present partner services as our own licensed service.
Do you receive a partner commission?
Any commercial relationship that could affect the recommendation should be disclosed in the project. The selection criteria and client decision remain documented.
Can you guarantee next-day delivery?
No. A provider can propose service levels by destination and cut-off; performance must be validated contractually and operationally.
Can you coordinate Allegro fulfilment requirements?
Yes, where Allegro is part of the route, current platform requirements are included in the operating brief.
Compare fulfilment partners on the operation you actually need.
