Website Terms of Use

These terms govern access to westom.eu. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

  1. 1. Operator and acceptance
  2. 2. Information, not a binding offer
  3. 3. Service agreements prevail

  5. 5. Intellectual property
  6. 6. Accuracy, evidence and outcomes
  7. 7. Third-party services and links
  8. 8. Availability and liability
  9. 9. Privacy, law and changes

1. Operator and acceptance

westom.eu is operated by Westom Tomasz Węsierski, ul. Stefana Żeromskiego 5/1, 81-346 Gdynia, Poland, NIP 5861433097, REGON 220141440. Contact: biuro@westom.pl.

By using the website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, do not misuse the service; you may still contact us to clarify a provision.

2. Information, not a binding offer

The site presents B2B capabilities, decision frameworks, indicative engagement models and editorial guidance. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, content is not a binding commercial offer, legal opinion, tax advice or guarantee.

Submitting a form or receiving an initial reply does not create a contract. An engagement exists only when the parties confirm the applicable proposal, scope, price, responsibilities and other contractual terms.

3. Service agreements prevail

Specific services are governed by the signed proposal, master services agreement, statement of work, data-processing terms or other agreed document. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the specific signed agreement governs the service.

Timelines, estimates and commercial results depend on the confirmed scope, client inputs, third-party systems and stated assumptions.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You may read, link to and internally evaluate public content for legitimate purposes. You must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability or bypass security controls;
  • submit malicious code, false identity information or unlawful content;
  • scrape the site at a rate that impairs service or ignores applicable technical restrictions;
  • present Westom content, credentials or case material as your own;
  • use contact channels for spam or unrelated bulk solicitation.

5. Intellectual property

Unless identified otherwise, website copy, original graphics, structure and brand elements belong to Westom or are used under licence. Quotation and linking remain subject to applicable law and attribution. No website access grants a licence to reuse substantial content, trademarks, code or commercial materials.

Client ownership and licensing for project deliverables are defined in the relevant service agreement, not by these website terms.

6. Accuracy, evidence and outcomes

We aim to date and source material where timeliness matters, but markets, platforms, algorithms, law and third-party documentation change. Verify a decision against current primary sources and the facts of your business.

Search rankings, AI citations, marketplace acceptance, development estimates, revenue and other third-party or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. Case studies are contextual evidence, not a promise of the same result.

7. Third-party services and links

Links to external sites are provided for evidence or convenience. Westom does not control their availability, content or privacy practices. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. A reference does not imply endorsement unless clearly stated.

8. Availability and liability

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security events or third-party failures may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Westom is not liable for decisions made solely from general website content or for external sites.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for a contracted service is governed by the signed service agreement.

9. Privacy, law and changes

Personal data and storage technologies are covered by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These website terms are governed by Polish law without removing any mandatory protection that applies to a user. Contract disputes follow the governing-law and dispute clauses in the signed agreement. We may update these terms; the current version and date appear on this page.
